Total Building Management

Our aim at Groundlevel is to provide head-teachers and governors with the highest level of service in all aspects of running and maintaining school buildings whilst ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

Total Building Management provides, through consultants, a one stop service that addresses all the servicing requirements and maintenance of your building and grounds. Our consultants will check that all work is satisfactorily carried out. Through our Total Building Management service schools will save money, and time will be freed up for staff to concentrate on the school’s core purpose – the development of the young people in their care.

Health & Safety

Groundlevel will assist governing bodies and headteachers to ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of the pupils, employees, contractors and visitors in school. Groundlevel believes that effective health and safety management supports our delivery of services to schools. We consider health and safety to be an integral part of what we do. We are committed to preventing accidents and work related ill health, providing a safe and healthy environment by monitoring and reviewing systems and taking preventative measures to make sure they are effective. The Groundlevel team responsible for roofing projects prides itself on being able to assist with all of your roofing requirements. Our team of surveyors can assist and advise on all aspects of roofing works and the in house roofing team have a vast wealth of experience and knowledge to add. If you require routine maintenance for unblocking gutters and rainwater pipes, or even a total re-roof of your building, we can provide a complete and comprehensive service.

Refurbishment and Insurance Reinstatement Works

Groundlevel Services can and does provide a turn key service for refurbishment and reinstatement works on a variety of building projects. The project team headed up by a Chartered Building Surveyor and Project Manager can assist you with your individual needs right from the concept and design process all the way through to completion.

We have an experienced in house team of joiners, electricians, plumbers, decorators, tilers, and ground workers, to enable us to program and deliver your requirements, whatever they may be.

Groundlevel currently experiences strong working relationship with several of the countries leading insurance companies and is a recognised contractor within the industry. We have a proven track record in the refurbishment and reinstatement of properties follow insurance recoverable losses.

Refuse Collection and Removal

We are a licensed waste carrier, and we are highly committed to recycling all our waste in accordance with current environmental legislation. We will efficiently remove your refuse from site. Our staff are fast, efficient and fully insured, so we'll make light work of any waste you have to dispose of.

Communal Cleaning

Communal cleaning is usually carried out on either a weekly or fortnightly basis. With flexible arrangements we provide a comprehensive service to satisfy our customers' needs. Our services include:

Window Cleaning

Groundlevel provide a timely, reliable window cleaning service utilizing a water-fed pole system. Our high standards have made us a clear choice for many of the property management companies in the North West. The window cleaning service is usually carried out on a monthly basis but we are able to accommodate individual customer requirements.

Decorating

We have a wide range of experience in the decorating trade, Commercial & Domestic Painting, Interior & Exterior finishes. We liaise with clients to ensure complete satisfaction. From a single classroom to an entire school, we supply all your needs. Only employing fully qualified time served decorators. All work is fully guaranteed.

We retain specialist time-served tradesmen in-house to ensure that the staff which we send into schools are fully conversant with our supervisory and reporting systems. All our team are professional, CRB checked and will adhere to all health and safety procedures while on site.
