Groundlevel Services Limited was established in 1997 to specialise in landscaping and grounds maintenance. Following a continued growth we have expanded our scope to become a complete facilities management company. We provide services to many commercial, educational, business and property management sectors throughout the northwest of England and The Midlands.
Our mobile teams operate in Cheshire, South Lancashire, Greater Manchester, Merseyside and even further afield.
Groundlevel Services supplies cleaning services, including interior and exterior window cleaning, landscaping and grounds maintenance, including electrical and plumbing services.
We can operate a scheduled inspection and maintenance service, emergency response and also management services for construction and special projects. We provide our clients with a single contact point for all of their requirements. We aim to give all of our clients’ an individually tailored and cost effective service that will meet their building management needs.
Lewis is the founder of Groundlevel Services. With over 20 years in the Facilities management and construction sector, Lewis has a wealth of knowledge and experience and is committed to delivering ‘best value’. Outside of work, Lewis has a busy home life, 2 boys along with a challenging wife and daughter. Lewis is chairman of WRUFC, partial to a steady round of golf (when allowed), a passionate Warrington Wolves fan and lover of National Hunt Racing.
Malcolm has been with Groundlevel since 2001 and is responsible for the management and coordination of the reactive maintenance department. His department is staffed by a variety of tradesmen including plumbers, decorators, roofers, and joiners, all of whom have a wealth of experience in their respective trades. Malcolm has excellent client liaison skills and is adept at developing and building upon new and existing client relationships
Ali has worked for Groundlevel Services for 14 years and manages the soft service contracts and teams which operate throughout the Northwest, Midlands and the North East. As part of the soft service team Ali forges strong relationships with the clients, dealing with requests and queries from initial tender through to service delivery.
Outside of work Ali has two expensive teenage daughters and likes to spend her spare time eating out and socialising.
Kathleen has developed the general manager Role within the company. The role provides support to all areas of the business including Health and Safety, Human Resources and Customer Care. Kathleen has a passion for people so loves working directly with the clients as well as employees.
Outside of work Kathleen enjoys reading, socialising with her friends and taking her dog “Lily” for walks.
Roseanne has been with groundlevel for over 10 years and started on administration/reception. She now works with Alison in contracts support role and also assists other Groundlevel Services departments as needed. Roseanne has 3 children and is a “Nonna” to grandson Evan. In her spare time she enjoys DIY, knitting, sewing and can be found trying out now crafts regularly as well as travelling.
Worked for over 35 years in the construction industry covering my original trade as a plasterer moving onto being a site agent and. Have a wide knowledge set with all construction methods, also carry out surveys and compile quotations and tenders for various works including insurance work, building projects, and any generals building requirements.
Ryan joined Groundlevel Services as a 16 year old apprentice and gained his NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Horticulture and Management qualification. He has diligently worked his way up to the position of Grounds Manager due to his training, strong organisational skills and his keen attention to detail. He is a real asset to the department.
Outside of work Ryan loves to go to the gym, enjoys fishing and is an avid Manchester United supporter. He is also a self-confessed ‘Nature Geek.’
Business Development Manager
Amy joined Groundlevel Services in 2017 and has been brought in to broaden our client base and develop our school’s portfolio. With a background in events management and sales, she brings a wealth of knowledge in understanding client requirements and is keen to demonstrate the benefits of the total facilities management package and the cost savings this can deliver. Amy loves to travel, in fact, she likes to make sure she is traveling somewhere most weekends, partial to a bit of sunshine! She’s also a bit of a wheeler-dealer and strikes a hard bargain!
